This appeal is from a judgment dismissing a second amended petition for a writ of mandate after demurrers sustained without leave to amend. The petition is in five separate counts and was directed against Wilson Locke, Judge of the Municipal Court of the San Pablo Judicial District, John A. Nejedly, District Attorney of Contra Costa County, and his deputy, William Higham.
