This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court had sustained an objection to the intro duction of any testimony on the ground that the complaint did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
The only question presented for determination is as to the sufficiency of the complaint. This complaint attempts to state two causes of action, identical in purport, but based on separate deeds conveying two tracts of land, and which deeds are identical except for dates and descriptions, for the recovery of damages for the alleged breach of warranties…
