CHAPA, Chief Justice.

Relator seeks writs of mandamus and prohibition in connection with commissioners’ hearings in several related eminent domain proceedings. Relator, the condemnor below, initiated proceedings by filing with the district court to condemn an easement for a pipeline. The district court appointed commissioners, who scheduled hearings.
