This case is on remand from the Federal Circuit for a new trial on damages for Microsoft’s infringement of claims 19 and 21 of U.S. Patent Number 4,763,356 (“Day patent”). See Lucent Technologies, Inc. v. Gateway, Inc., 580 F.3d 1301 (Fed.Cir.2009).
