Roberts appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment for appellee Arizona Board of Regents [Board] in her suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The court held that (1) Roberts’ claim of retaliatory discharge was barred for failure to meet the'jurisdictional prerequisites of Title VII or to be timely asserted; (2) all allegations of sex discrimination based on events which occurred prior to June 1, 1975 were barred by Title VIPs time limitations provision, § 706(e); and (3) the Board was entitled to summary judgment…
