OPINION
WISEMAN, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant Dr. Betsy Nichols (“Nichols”) appeals the district court’s dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction of her Title VII employment discrimination claim. The district court found that Nichols failed to timely file a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). Defendant-Appellee Muskingum College (“Muskingum”) cross appeals the district court’s denial of its motion for attorney’s fees.
