Plaintiff-Appellant Lee C. English (“English”) asks the court to reverse the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Colorado Department of Corrections and Aristedes Zavaras (collectively “the DOC”) with respect to his workplace discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2(a), and 2000e-3(a).
