The claimant in this workers’ compensation case sustained a compensable injury to both elbows in May of 1983, for which he received temporary total disability benefits. Following his return to work, he filed the present claim to recover permanent partial disabil*280ity benefits based on residual pain caused by chronic tendinitis attributable to the injury.
