Plaintiffs-appellants Grace Terranella, Andrea Terra-nella and Rose Terranella Chun brought suit against defendant-appellee City and County of Honolulu to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained as a result of a one car automobile accident on Kamehameha Highway, approximately one-half mile Kahuku of Heeia Kea Pier.
