FARNAN, Chief Judge.
The court held a bench trial in this matter on the issue of damages and, at the close of the evidence, the parties were given an opportunity to submit post trial briefing. The Court has considered and weighed the evidence adduced at the damages trial and reviewed the post trial submissions.
