Daryle Murphy in his capacity as guardian ad litem for Linda Cawley appeals from an order of the District Court, First Judicial Dis trict, Lewis and Clark County, dismissing plaintiffs claims against the State of Montana and the Department of Institutions on the grounds that the statute of limitations had run. We reverse.
The issue before this Court is whether the District Court properly dismissed the plaintiffs complaint as barred by the statute of limitations.
