MEMORANDUM ORDER
RAKOFF, District Judge.
On January 8, 1999, the Court dismissed this action in its entirety. See Order, Jan. 8, 1999. Although most claims in the case were dismissed without prejudice, plaintiffs securities fraud claim against defendants North Bronx Services Group, L.P., North Bronx Resources, Inc., and Medical Resources, Inc.
