Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for one count of aggravated identity theft, ORS 165.803, 10 counts of identity theft, ORS 165.800, and one count of first-degree theft, ORS 164.055.1 Defendant acknowledges that he did not preserve any of his five assignments of error but urges that we review them as plain error.
