Currently pending before the Court in this products liability action filed by Dennis and Denise Wade (“Plaintiffs Wade”) and Motorists Insurance Company (“Plaintiff Motorists”) is a motion for summary judgment filed by Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (“Defendant”). (Dkt. No. 20.)
