[¶ 1] Following the district court’s entry of judgment in her favor on a jury verdict, Maria Lopez Hernandez, the defendant, filed a request for an order awarding costs. More than 90 days later, the district court entered an order awarding her costs. Kathy A. An dersen, the plaintiff, filed a motion to vacate the order. Relying on this Court’s ruling in Paxton Resources, LLC v.
