SHARP, District Judge.

Don R. Dickerson, Steven G. Lester, and John D. Looper (“DLL” or “appellants”) bring this instant action against Central Florida Radiation Oncology Group (“CFROG” or “appellee”) seeking a reversal of an order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida holding that the funds in a segregated interest bearing account were property of the bankruptcy estate and denying DLL’s Motion for Relief from the Stay.
