THIS CASE came before the Court on November 30, 2001 upon the plaintiff Chapter 7 trustee John Venn, Jr.’s motion for summary judgment. The trustee seeks to avoid a tax deed issued by defendant Harold Bazzell, Clerk of the Bay County, Florida Court on behalf of defendant Peggy Brannon, Tax Collector for Bay County, as a violation of the automatic stay.
