Plaintiff Organic Consumers Association (“OCA”) is a Minnesota-based, public-interest organization that strives to “educate consumers,” “pressure food companies to adopt honest labeling practices,” and “advocate for outdoor access and pasture standards for organic animals.” Compl. ¶¶ 19-21.
