This is an action to foreclose mechanics’ liens, and involves a con tract made and entered into on the 6th day of January, 1925, between Grace Pirtle and 3. S. Hayes, as parties of the first part, and B.¡ N. Atkinson, for himself individually and as trustee, party of the second part.
