In this certified class action2, current and former employees of Foot Locker, Inc. *523(“Foot Locker” or the “Company”)—formerly known as the Woolworth Corporation—seek reformation of their pension plan to conform to the benefits they understood Foot Locker had promised them. The Class’s claims are brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq.
