Defendants-appellants Foot Locker, Inc. (“Foot Locker” or the “Company”) and Foot Locker Retirement Plan (together with Foot Locker, “Defendants”) appeal from a judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Katherine B. Forrest, Judge).
