QUESTIONS PRESENTED

Plaintifffs’ motion for partial summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., in this action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief with respect to the districting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Milford, presents essentially the following questions :(1) Whether the admitted disproportion in population between the five voting districts of the City of Milford on the basis of which aldermen are elected to the legislative body of that City presents a justiciable controversy between the parties over which this Court has jurisdiction.(2)…
