Sexton v. Kelly

This action was brought by plaintiff Fred F. Sexton doing business as Fred F. Sexton Co., to recover from defendant, Verna Kelly, $1,600 alleged to be due plaintiff as commission for producing a purchaser ready, able and willing to enter into a contract with defendant for the purchase of certain described real property owned by defendant at the price and upon the terms specified by her, and for the further sum of $350 as attorney’s fees. From a judgment in favor of defendant, plaintiff has appealed.
