State v. Mierz

Court of Appeals of Washington

Decided June 14, 1994No. 31028-3-IPublishedCited by 19 opinions

1Opinion of the CourtAgid, J.

John Paul Mierz appeals his conviction on two counts of assault in the third degree and one count of unlawful possession of wildlife as well as the trial court's order denying his motion for a new trial or arrest of judgment. He alleges numerous errors by the trial court and his trial attorney. We conclude that any error the court below committed was harmless and that Mierz received effective assistance of counsel. Accordingly, we affirm his conviction.
