Action brought by plaintiff to review findings and determinations of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare as to the disability, and rights to resulting benefits and/or payments, under the provisions of sections 205, 216, 223, and related sections (42 U.S.C.A. §§ 405, 416 and 423) of the Social Security Act.
