This is an appeal from the decision of the District Court for the Eastern Dis triet of South Carolina, holding that there was no substantial evidence in the Record to support a final determination by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that the Claimant has failed to establish satisfactorily his inability to engage in “any substantial gainful activity” within the meaning of Sections 216 (i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i), 423 and, therefore, that Claimant was not entitled to a period of disability or disability insurance…
