REINHARD, Judge.

The St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners, (Board), appeals from a judgment of the circuit court affirming an order of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (Commission). On December 1, 1978, Rhoda Berkowski and Doris Donaldson were discharged from their respective positions as clerk typist and clerical supervisor with the Board. Both women filed separate complaints with the Commission.
