Laclede Cab Company (Laclede) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court affirming a decision of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (Commission). The Commission found that Laclede had discriminated against Matthew Williams, the complainant before the Commission, in violation of Section 296.020(l)(l)(a) RSMo 1978, when it refused to consider his job application to become a taxicab driver because of his handicap, an amputated left hand.
