Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for, among other offenses, giving false information to a peace officer for service of an arrest warrant, ORS 162.385(l)(b).1 In a single assignment of error, defendant argues that the trial court erred when it failed to enter a judgment of acquittal on that charge, Count 2.
