The appellants, having been indicted and convicted in the court below for the commission of a felony, have appealed.

The only question discussed in the brief of the appellants is the alleged error of the trial court in the admission of testimony;. There is no bill of exceptions ■ nor statement of *11facts; and, while the reporter’s transcript of evidence has been sent up to this court, it has not been certified by the judge below.
