HARWOOD, Judge.

In their brief in support of their application for rehearing the able and conscien tious counsel for appellant argue that we erred in stating in .our opinion that Solon Brooks testified that his father had told him at the hospital that “he would not get well” and other statements to that effect, and that we were also in error in stating that Mrs. Ruby Hill had testified that her father had told her at the hospital that he was going to die.
