Appeal from Geneva Circuit Court. Heard before Hon. H. A. Pearce. Will C. Consford and Gertrude Consford were prosecuted for murder. Gertrude Consford was acquitted, and Will C. Consford was convicted and appeals.

Consford, together with Gertrude Consford, his daughter, were jointly indicted for murder in the first degree.
