Appellant Bobby Pilcher appeals the order of the Hot Spring County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Suttle Equipment Company, Blount International, and AFEX Fire Suppression Systems. On appeal, Pilcher argues that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because material questions of fact remained to be answered on his claims for negligence, strict liability, breach of implied warranties, and deceptive trade violations.
