|, This is an appeal from an order dismissing an action for lack of personal jurisdiction. Appellant is an Arkansas corporation; appellees are a Bermuda corporation and its principal. Appellant sued appel-lees alleging default on a contract under which appellant was to ship a twenty-foot container of chicken to appellees in Bermuda. Appellees moved to dismiss pursuant to Ark. R. Civ. P. 12 for lack of jurisdiction. A hearing was held on the Rule 12 dismissal motion; during the course of the hearing, it became apparent that the trial judge was considering affidavits…
