[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION TO STRIKE NO. 113 On December 28, 1994, the plaintiff, Margaret Byrne, filed a two count revised complaint arising out of an automobile collision with the defendant, Gerald Acquarulo.

The first count alleges negligence based upon, inter alia, violations of General Statutes, Secs. 14-242, 14-230, 14-231, and14-218a. The second count incorporates the factual allegations as set forth in the first count, and further alleges a violation of General Statutes, Sec. 14-222.
