*128{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael A. Fisher, appeals from the judgment of the Tenth District Court of Appeals, which affirmed his conviction for felonious assault with a firearm specification. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.

{¶ 2} On April 5, 2000, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted defendant-appellant for felonious assault with a firearm specification.
