Defendants have appealed from an order of the superior court of Kings County granting a preliminary injunction whereby they are restrained from constructing a dam across a branch of Kings River.
The plaintiff is a reclamation district organized under the laws of this state and all of the lands embraced within said district are within Kings County and are protected from inundation by a levee.
