ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS OR TRANSFER VENUE AND DENYING DEFENDANT’S OBJECTIONS AS MOOT
BREEN, District Judge.
This is a diversity action brought by plaintiff Ellipsis, Inc., against defendant Colorworks, Inc., for fraud, tortious interference with business relations, and violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 47-18-101-47-18-125. Defendant has filed a motion to dismiss or transfer venue to which responses have been submitted. The motion is now appropriate for disposition.
