In this action involving a lease for mining operations, plaintiff, Carder, Inc. (lessee), appeals the trial court’s judgment denying lessee’s claims for conversion, punitive damages, breach of quiet enjoyment, breach of warranty, and wrongful possession and unlawful forcible detainer against defendants, Mary Ellen Cash, Sanford Brothers Co., William Cash, and Robert Root, as personal representative of the Alma Sanford Estate (collectively landowners).
