This action was brought to recover damages for the wrongful levy of an attachment. The cause was tried to the court and a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the sum of twenty-five dollars. Judgment was entered upon the verdict, and the plaintiffs appeal.

The appellants are husband and wife and operated three stores in the city of Spokane in which they sold automobile and truck tires and other articles. The respondent Harry C.
