I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Kimberly and Ronald Huggins, the minor children of Terry Huggins, have commenced the above-captioned case seeking more than $50,000.00 in compensatory damages for loss of the society and companionship of their father, who was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident in Waukesha County (Wisconsin) on March 24, 1985. The defendant, The Sea Insurance Company, Ltd. is the issuer of a policy of excess liability insurance to a service corporation, Dr. Bruce J. Barrette, D.D.S., S.C.
