This action arose out of an automobile collision involving plaintiff Christine Berger and defendant-appellant Albert Weber. 1 It is alleged that as a result of the accident, the plaintiff Christine Berger sustained severe and permanent psychological and physical injuries. Plaintiffs Wayne and Christine Berger filed a complaint on their own behalf and sought damages for medical expenditures, loss of income and loss off consortium.
