The main question before us for decisión is whether or not a trustee in bankruptcy may file a claim to funds in a statutory action in a State court where such lien was obtained in a garnishment filed within four months prior to the petition in bankruptcy, without complying with the law with respect to the filing of claims as provided in the Code, § 46-402 or § 39-802.
