OPINION

ALLEGRA, Judge.

This bid protest action is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record. Plaintiff avers that prejudicial errors occurred during the selection process involving the solicitation in question. At issue is whether corrective action proposed by the defendant in response to those alleged errors is arbitrary, capricious or otherwise contrary to law.
