*55Plaintiff, by this writ of error, seeks to reverse a judgment pronounced against him in an action he brought for the recovery of broker’s commissions alleged to be due for securing a purchaser for certain real estate owned by defendant.

The one assignment of error—the insufficiency of the evidence to support the judgment—requires a review of all the evidence.
