Alleging false and fraudulent representations made by the defendant corporation’s president and counsel induced him to enter into a contract of employment with the corporation, and to enter into an agreement with the corporation’s president for the purchase of stock in the corporation, plaintiff commenced an action against the corporation and its president and counsel to recover five thousand dollars damages and unpaid salary of twelve hundred and fifty dollars.
