This is a suit by Stephen Jakobowski, Sr.,.-executor of the estate of Steve Jakobowski, deceased, and Clare A. English, next friend of Stephen Jakobowski, Jr., against Anthony Bacalia and Bernice Bacalia, his wife, and the Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit, a Federal banking’ corporation, defendants, for a return to the estate of Steve Jakobowski, deceased, of certain real estate and personal property.
