Plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of Fannie B. Drake, deceased, brought this suit in circuit court to obtain injunctive relief, an .-accounting’, and the cancellation of certain conveyances of real property. Mrs. Drake died on September 29, 1952, at the age of 84. Her husband ■predeceased her, passing away in November, 1949. .For a few weeks following his death she lived alone in the home that the parties had occupied.
