Careful consideration of the record on this appeal seems to me to force the conclusion that appellant has a right of survivorship in the joint bank account. For that reason I am unable to concur in Mr. Justice CHANDLER'S opinion for complete affirmance.

Chronologically the pertinent facts leading to the joint bank account are as follows: Funds which Anna Maahs received from the estate of her deceased husband were placed in a joint bank account in the names of Anna and her son Walter with right of survivorship on February 1, 1941.
