Defendant Norfolk and Dedham Group (“Norfolk”) has appealed the judgment entered for plaintiff North Shore Chiropractic (“North Shore”) on its breach of contract, G.L.c. 90, §34M, and G.L.c. 93A and G.L.c. 176D claims arising from Norfolk’s refusal to pay Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) benefits for chiropractic services rendered by North Shore to its patient, Israel Vega (“Vega”). After trial, the jury returned a verdict for North Shore on its breach of contract claim and awarded damages in the amount of $1,567.75.
